Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration practices.
- HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve HR processes.
- Health and Safety: Oversee health and safety programs, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
