Job Overview:

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager - who will be responsible for executing the hiring process, developing and implementing employee training strategies, employee retention, and taking initiatives to grow the company and team together.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective hiring process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and conducting reference checks.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for hiring.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure a high level of employee engagement and job satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to support the company's growth.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct training programs for employees to develop their skills and increase their productivity.
  • Partner with the finance team to manage the HR budget effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee training, employee retention, and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, including payroll, employment laws, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
