Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, overseeing recruitment processes, and providing guidance and support to management and employees in HR-related areas.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources with proficiency in recruitment, HR policies and procedures, and performance management
  • Strong payroll and compliance knowledge is mandatory
  • Experience in employee training and development and compensation and benefits management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
  • A team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role within the financial industry is a plus.


Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience required in payroll and other operations activities
  • MBA Mandatory
  • Should be from tier 1 institutes


Note- Immediate joiners will be preferable or max 30 days notice would be applicable
