Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Interaction Studio Lead to join our team and leverage the capabilities of Salesforce Interaction Studio to enhance customer engagement and deliver personalized experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Interaction Studio, marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and personalization strategies. Experienced in architecting and deploying Salesforce technology solutions – ideally in Interaction Studio (also known as Evergage), with knowledge of the broader Salesforce Marketing Cloud.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce Interaction Studio: Configure and maintain Salesforce Interaction Studio to support business needs and optimize customer interactions.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Design, implement, and optimize customer journey maps to enhance user experience and engagement across various channels.
  • Integration: Collaborate closely with IT and other teams to integrate Salesforce Interaction Studio with other Salesforce products, third-party systems, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to ensure seamless data flow and a unified customer view.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and consistency within Salesforce Interaction Studio, implementing best practices for data hygiene and governance.
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Develop customer segmentation strategies and orchestrate personalized customer journeys based on behavioral data and insights.
  • Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and analyze targeted marketing campaigns using Salesforce Interaction Studio, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics of campaigns and customer journeys, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of Salesforce Interaction Studio and its capabilities, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of Salesforce Interaction Studio and related technologies, recommending and implementing enhancements as appropriate.


Must-Have Skills:

  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio or similar real-time personalization platforms.
  • 3+ years overall experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), with a strong understanding of its tools and functionalities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ampscript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and APIs.
  • Knowledge of CDPs: Understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and their role in enhancing data-driven marketing and personalized customer experiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Interaction Studio or similar customer Data platforms.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications related to Interaction Studio, Marketing Cloud, or other relevant areas are preferred.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer experience and a passion for creating personalized and engaging customer journeys.
