We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience who has grown into a Proxy Product Owner and functional Solutions Architecture role, with strong presales exposure including end-to-end proposal ownership. Someone who can drive product direction, shape solutions with clients, and guide teams on what to build and why, while also leading opportunity discovery, solutioning, and proposal development. The role needs strong product thinking, functional depth, and enough technical understanding to influence solution decisions, cloud architecture considerations, and AI-driven capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Lead product discovery, understand business goals, translate them into product roadmaps and release plans. Act as a Proxy Product Owner: define and own the backlog, prioritize features, write user stories, and validate delivery outcomes. Take clarity-driven product decisions based on data, feasibility, and customer value. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, define problem statements, and convert them into structured solution approaches. Create functional specifications, workflows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering, QA, design, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation. Support presales cycles by leading discovery calls, requirement workshops, and solution walkthroughs with prospects. Own proposals end-to-end: shape solution approach, define scope and assumptions, coordinate cross-functional inputs, drive effort estimation, and produce final proposal narratives and client-ready decks. Partner with sales and leadership to craft business value narratives, case-study mapping, and win themes aligned to customer priorities. Support presales efforts through demos, prototypes, and showcasing business value, including translating product capabilities into measurable outcomes. Work on cloud-based enterprise products and integrations with third-party platforms. Assess opportunities for AI-driven enhancements like recommendations, automated insights, and intelligent workflows. Partner with leadership and clients to ensure successful adoption and measurable results.Required Experience 12+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Consultant, or similar role. Hands-on experience acting as a Proxy Product Owner or functional Solutions Architect. Strong presales experience withend-to-end proposal ownershipfor SaaS or digital product opportunities, including leading discovery, defining scope and assumptions, shaping the solution approach, coordinating inputs (engineering, QA, design), building effort estimates, and producing final proposals and client-ready presentations. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent). Experience working with engineering teams on system design and integration requirements. Exposure to AI-powered features and practical usage in product scenarios. Strong communication and stakeholder management in customer-facing environments.Preferred Skills Experience with enterprise SaaS products and multi-tenant systems Understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration patterns Ability to drive end-to-end delivery from concept to release Confident in running demos, POCs, and roadmap conversations Experience creating solution approach decks, proposal narratives, and scope documentsWhat Success Looks Like Clear ownership of product direction and feature outcomes Strong alignment between business needs and engineering delivery Strong presales impact through clearer scope, stronger value narrative, and higher stakeholder confidence Improved customer value, adoption, and measurable business impact
