About the internship

Analytics Saves at Work is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our HR team as Interns. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. You will support the HR team in enhancing the overall employee experience and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.


Roles and Responsibilities:

•Support recruitment processes, including screening resumes, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating interview scheduling.

•Communicate with candidates to provide timely updates, keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

•Maintain candidate pipeline by proactively keeping candidates warm and engaged until the onboarding process.

•Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews, manage interview calendars, and ensure a smooth interview experience.

•Support the onboarding process by preparing onboarding materials, facilitating new employee introductions, and assisting with necessary documentation.

•Provide administrative support for talent management processes.

•Assist in managing HR databases, updating employee information, and generating reports as required.

•Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management.

•Assist the HR team in various tasks related to employee training, talent development, and other HR initiatives.



Requirements:

•Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

•Strong understanding of HR concepts, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies.

•Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

•Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

•Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

•Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

•Willingness to be flexible and handle a variety of HR tasks beyond the job description.
