Job Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position designed for freshers with a minimum of 0 years to a maximum of 1 year of work experience. The intern will assist in various HR tasks, gain valuable industry experience, and develop their career in Human Resources.

  • Support employee relations activities to ensure a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensure HR compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Provide support in performance management processes.
  • Assist in training and development programs for employees.
  • Contribute to the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Participate in conflict resolution activities to foster a harmonious workplace.
  • Support HRIS management for accurate employee data maintenance.
