About the role
At Walplast Products Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales through large-scale projects within your designated area. You will develop and implement project-specific sales strategies, manage a team of sales officers, and work closely with key stakeholders such as builders, contractors, applicators, and architects.
Job Description
Strategic Sales Planning:
Architect comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the organization's vision, targeting large-scale construction projects to achieve and surpass market share and revenue objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
Drive a high-performing culture by leading, mentoring, and empowering the project sales team. Foster talent development, ensuring they excel in relationship building and meet ambitious individual and team sales targets.
Market Intelligence and Insights:
Spearhead in-depth market and competitive analysis to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and refine strategies for market penetration and differentiation.
Project Acquisition and Advocacy:
Leverage senior-level networks to secure high-impact private and government projects, influencing key decision-makers and positioning the company as a preferred partner.
Resource Optimization:
Strategically allocate resources—including personnel, budgets, and promotional activities—to maximize impact and ROI, aligning with organizational priorities.
Governance and Reporting:
Qualification and technical skills
- Exposure of more than 8 years project sales in Gujarat for Gypsum Board/ Gypsum Plaster is a must
- Will be managing Gujarat state and base location will be Ahmedabad.
