About our Client’s Company:

Our Client is having Medium Sized Gypsum Board Manufacturing Plant in Tanzania, owned by Indians having Multiple business segments with operations in 7 African Countries.

Position: CEO

Location: Arusha, Tanzania

Job Profile:

  1. The above position is for their Gypsum Board Plant, which has been shutdown 3 years before.
  2. The company is planning to revive the plant hence hiring the CEO, who is expected to Rehabilitate the plant, subsequent scale up and make it Profitable operations and business growth.
  3. The gypsum plant has an installed capacity of 6000 Gypsum boards per day.
  4. The machinery is Chinese & The board size is 8’x4’ weighing 19 / 21 kgs. Gypsum is locally available.
  5. The plant has a Boiler and dryer. Rest of the machinery is to be procured. The plant will have approx 40 staff for 24 hr production.

Desired Candidates:

  1. M.B.A with 15 - 20 yrs. experience in managing medium scale Gypsum Board Manufacturing Plant of which 3 - 5 years of experience working as "Profit Centre Head."
  2. Should be able to rehabilitate and subsequently scale up the small Gypsum Board plant in Tanzania.
