Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead, and motivate a large team of 100+ tele sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor team performance, set individual and team goals, and provide regular feedback to ensure sales quotas are met.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance team members' skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and new product launches.
  • Ensure the CRM system is utilized effectively to track performance, manage leads, and ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration among sales representatives.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and work towards solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge in the market.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager with a track record of managing large teams (100+).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience using CRM software to drive performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of the wellness and clean beauty industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
