Vendor Manager – US Staffing

Shift Timings - 6PM IST - 4AM IST

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Manager with a strong background in US Staffing to oversee and manage vendor relationships, drive recruiting efficiency, and ensure compliance across all staffing engagements. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of recruiting expertise, vendor management skills, and a deep understanding of immigration processes (specifically H1B). This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills to deliver high-quality talent while optimizing vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and build strong relationships with 3rd party vendors to support staffing needs.
  • Leverage prior full desk recruiting experience to understand client requirements and effectively collaborate with vendors.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with immigration processes, particularly the H1B program, throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Lead contract negotiation with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and service-level agreements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of US Staffing experience, with proven success in recruiting and vendor management.
  • Prior experience as a Full Desk Recruiter (client acquisition + recruitment delivery).
  • Strong knowledge of H1B and US immigration processes related to staffing.
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors and managing vendor relationships.
  • Proven contract negotiation skills with vendors and clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vendors, requisitions, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing vendor programs within MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments.
