Are you the relationship-builder we’re looking for?About the RoleWe’re looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in Shopify and Meta Ads Manager to support our e-commerce operations and marketing campaigns.You’ll work directly with the team to execute tasks quickly and accurately — helping us build, optimize, and grow online stores and ad campaigns.If you’re someone who loves getting things done, learns fast, and doesn’t freeze when faced with new challenges — this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesShopify ManagementCreate and edit Shopify pages and product listingsUpdate product descriptions, images, and pricingHandle basic store configuration (collections, menus, layout tweaks, etc.)Ensure product details and pages are error-free and optimizedMeta Ads & Marketing SupportAssist with Meta Ads Manager (uploading creatives, managing budgets, duplicating campaigns, tracking performance)Support the media buying team by keeping ad assets organized and campaigns updatedHandle basic data entry, reporting, and campaign maintenance tasksGeneral Virtual AssistanceExecute recurring tasks and SOPs efficientlyTake clear instructions and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervisionResearch, test, and learn new tools or workflows quicklyMaintain organized files, spreadsheets, and documentationWhat We’re Looking For✅ E-commerce experience (minimum 1 year), ideally with Shopify✅ Experience with Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Ads (uploading ads, managing budgets, etc.)✅ Excellent English communication skills (professional level, spoken and written)✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to self-correct mistakes✅ Quick learner who adapts fast to new systems and workflows✅ Execution-focused — gets the job done without overthinking or hesitation✅ Not afraid of challenges or making small mistakes in the learning process✅ Independent and reliable — no hand-holding, no micromanagement requiredNice to Have (Optional)Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other ad platformsKnowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, or project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, etc.)Basic understanding of e-commerce analytics or reportingWhy You’ll Love Working With UsWork directly with a results-driven, fast-moving teamLearn new e-commerce tools and strategiesFlexible schedule — remote-firstGrowth opportunities as the company expandsHow to ApplyComplete this short Google Form: https://forms.gle/H7RxrqCBeUDFPDSX6We look forward to hearing from you and seeing how you’ll help us bring Tobio’s creative kits to stores across the country.
