Qualifications (Minimum and Desirable):


  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • CPEng (desirable)


Experience, skills and organisational knowledge:


  • Typically, 12 to 15 years’ experience in managing the design of Rail projects (Signalling experience preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Design Management role
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to provide leadership, direction and support to design team
