Job Description:- Develop and execute B2B strategy for Kerala across institutions, corporates, retailers, government buyers, and gifting clients.- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of TSMs across various districts.- Drive sales of sports equipment and merchandise through institutional and retail channels.- Handle government procurement, tenders, and order processing via the GEM Portal.- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, academies, corporates, government departments, and retail partners.- Ensure end-to-end sales execution-from lead generation and proposal building to negotiation and order fulfilment.- Track sales performance, forecasting, and reporting for management reviews. Requirements:- 5-8 years of relevant experience in B2B sales (sports equipment, retail, institutional, or corporate gifting).- Experience in selling to retailers and driving distribution-based sales is added advantage.- Hands-on experience managing GEM Portal processes and government business.- Strong leadership skills with experience managing regional/statewide sales teams.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.- Good understanding of Kerala market dynamics (preferred).
