This role involvesfrequent travel across our South India branchesto support regional teams and ensure smooth HR operations aligned with organizational goals. We’re looking for professionals with a strong background inEd-Techorfast-paced organizations (500+ employees)who can effectively partner with business units and drive people-centric initiatives.Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and exit processes. DrivePerformance Management System (PMS)implementation and ensure timely reviews, feedback, and performance-linked actions. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance HR processes, productivity, and business outcomes. Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and labor laws. Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Support capability building, training needs assessment, and succession planning. Act as a trusted advisor in resolving employee relations matters professionally and empathetically.Candidate Requirements Master’s degree inHuman ResourcesorBusiness Administration . 3–5 yearsof proven experience in HRBP or Strategic HR roles. Strong understanding of HR operations, PMS implementation, and statutory compliance. Ability to analyze HR metrics and support business decisions using data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills inEnglish and Malayalam .
