Business Development Executive

We are looking forward to a talented and detail-oriented individual to be a part of Mogg’s Estates team as a Business development Executive. As Business development Executive your prior role is to sell our products and services to the potential customers. Along with this you will be responsible to contact the customers and answer their queries relating to the purchasing order.
The role requires you to be comfortable working in adverse situations at times and demonstrate excellent sales skills. You are also responsible to maintain accurate records of all the customers for future reference.
As an ideal candidate you are expected to have good communication skills and convincing phenomenon that combines to offer exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- To understand comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
- Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
- Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.
- Updating the database with all the customer’s information.
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied by the services offered to them.
- Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
- Building strong relationships with old, existing and potential customers.
- Taking and processing customers’ orders in a professional manner.
- Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Business development Executive
- Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
