Role Description:

We are seeking an Account Executive (Sales) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing high-velocity top-of-funnel sales qualification while strategically driving revenue generation. Your primary responsibility will be closing procurement leads, helping shape processes, and building pipelines to generate revenue from existing leads.

As an Account Executive, you will develop and implement targeted outbound revenue strategies, ensuring the generation and quality of leads align with our customer profiles. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing teams to manage and analyze the sales pipeline, identify trends, forecast accurately, and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our technology products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Revenue Generation: Securing valuable deals for our customers.
  • Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records in CRM systems, follow up with leads, and report to management.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, Technical Support, Finance, and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior Experience in B2B SaaS industry is a prerequisite.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and CRM software.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and effectively manage objections.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and motivated by both individual and team success.
  • Education: Graduates / MBA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • A passion for sales along-with negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of technology products, B2B SaaS and industry trends.
