Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical/ Electronics & Communication, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, from Automotive industry. (Tier 1/2 suppliers in the Automotive industry)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth and profitability.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of client relationship management.
Location: Pune/ Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing key accounts, working to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to each key client, aligning with their business goals and objectives.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service and solutions to key clients.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market trends, using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations and contract renewals with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
