Job Description


1. Manage all transfer pricing related activities- including compliance, support and litigation for all Tata Communications Group entities across the globe;

2. Internal customer support for the organization;

3. To ensure tax certainties & minimize risk exposure by entering into advance pricing arrangements (APAs) in countries where such regulations exist;

4. Study, examine & advise w.r.t transfer pricing implications of strategic / expansion decisions & new projects of company;

5. Ensure compliance around Global Tax accounting in India GAAP and US GAAP including disclosure requirements;

6. Identify systemic issues resulting in errors in accounting and transfer pricing computations;

7. Interact with various internal teams for transfer pricing compliance as and when required;

8. Review all the transfer pricing compliances(returns / CbCR / Notifications / Master File / Local File / BEPS, etc.) to be made with various tax authorities and to check & monitor it periodically;

9. Devise transfer pricing policy for the group and review with critical stakeholders;

10. Compute transfer pricing periodically and analyze causes for deviations, if any;

11. Plan and monitor filing of appeals / objections before the higher tax authorities and review preparation of factual aspects;

12. Participate in transfer pricing audit assessments;

13. Support and advice around transfer pricing aspects to internal customers viz., sales, billing & collections, product etc.
