Key Responsibilities: Manage and enhance customer relationships throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle. Handle customer queries, documentation, and communication to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and project teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer details and interactions. Analyze customer data to identify trends, feedback, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and loyalty. Prepare regular MIS reports, follow-up schedules, and client communication logs. Organize customer engagement initiatives, site visits, and feedback sessions. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education:Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus). Experience:3–5 years of proven experience inCRM or Customer Relationswithin theReal Estateindustry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving attitude.
