The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and optimizing CRM processes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Qualifications- CRM Strategy, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Data Analysis - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Experience with CRM software and tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Project management skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Certifications in CRM or related field are a plus - Experience for 4-9yrs only (Real estate background)
