The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with practical experience in applying AI to real-world challenges across industries.You will work hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI frameworks, and computation/token optimization to build scalable, efficient, and impactful AI systems.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions from experimentation to production. - Architect and fine-tune LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision models for our platforms. - Explore and implement agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities aligned with strategic goals. - Optimize model performance with efficient token and computation management strategies. - Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate AI features into consumer-facing and BFSI products. - Stay ahead of emerging AI research and translate cutting-edge advancements into business impact. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a strong AI innovation culture within AI Labs.Required Skills & Experience- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment. - Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs). - Exposure to Generative AI (text, image, or multimodal models). - Understanding of tokenization, computation scaling, and model optimization techniques. - Experience implementing agentic AI systems or autonomous AI workflows. - Strong background in Python, and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs. - Experience in Consumer B2C and/or BFSI industries preferred. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
