Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Sales Engineer to join our team in Bangalore Urban on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This role involves leveraging technical acumen and sales expertise to effectively engage with clients and drive the sales process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in solution selling techniques to tailor solutions to specific client needs and close sales effectively.
- Experience in creating and delivering technical presentations to articulate the benefits and features of products.
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and optimize sales processes.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive product demos that showcase product capabilities and address client concerns.
- Expertise in proposal development to craft detailed and persuasive business proposals to win client contracts.
- Skilled in market analysis to identify emerging trends and prepare strategies to capture business opportunities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to maintain and strengthen client relationships over time.
- Sales engineer experience (Mandatory skill) to leverage technical knowledge and drive sales efforts effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their technical and business requirements and offer suitable product solutions.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate clients on various product offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and proposals that meet client needs and drive revenue.
- Maintain and update CRM software with information about customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to provide insights for product development and positioning strategies.
- Facilitate the smooth transition of customer requirements to the engineering and product development teams.
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the sales process and assist in resolving client queries and concerns.
