We have an urgent requirement for Assistant Manager - Architect Mumbai.Share your CV on shivani.shinde@nilkamal.com.ResponsibilitiesPreparation of BOQ/BOM for mock-up/ order as per requirement & given spec.Providing support to Sales to final costing for Projects.Co-ordinating with production team for any updates or revisions in production details.Providing cost-effective solution.Updating sales team about processes & seeking 100% compliance.Ensure receipt of pre-order enquiry form for all the enquiries received.Ensure receipt of post-order checklist along with PO.Ensure receipt of final quote, PO, BOQ & sign-off before final production go ahead.Ensure receipt of completion certificate after complete execution of order.Efficient response to office modular furniture enquiries.Innovative planning & space optimization in layout as per customer's requirement.Providing cost-effective solution.Co-ordinating for design, feasibility & pricing, with internal design team for non-standard product requirement. Qualifications: BA in Architecture/Diploma in ArchitectureRequired SkillsHands-on experience with Auto CAD 2D & 3DFurniture industry experience is mandatory 5+ years of experience is required Experience required in B2B furniture projects.
