Responsibilities:

  • Run a 3500 SFT retail store that houses 120+bikes. Take care of day-to-day retail operations and liasioning.
  • Manage a frontend sales team of 4-5 sales associate
  • Manage the in-store customer experience to deliver a outstanding atmosphere for customers coming in to the store.


KPIs:

  1. Sales targets from the store. Govern the visits done in store to sales done as a metric.
  2. Customer nps of the store.
  3. Operational expenditure for the store.
  4. Team happiness quotient of the retail store.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations/ retail sales role.
  • High Proficiency in excel and google sheet.
  • Good communication skills
  • High sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Past experience in running logistics/ groceries dark stores, running large format retail store operations, running qsr outlets or managing retail store operations in the allied space will be super fit for this role.
  • Folks from hospitality industry have an extra edge for the said role
