Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment, Selection and On-boarding

- Support managers with end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing and creation of talent pipelines.

- Drive application and improvement of Recruitment and Selection processes to ensure talent attraction.

- Development and delivery of the corporate and business unit onboarding and integration to ensure positive employee experience.

Employee Relations:

- Develop and manage local HR policies, processes, training and supporting managers on performance management best practice in line with local legislation.

- Drive continuous employee engagement through administration of surveys and engagement activities.

- Comply with legal requirements by maintaining knowledge of existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements balanced against business risk; advising management on needed actions.

- Effective management of employee terminations ensuring all legislative requirements are met with minimal impact to the business.

Talent Development:

- Co-create with HODs the talent strategy for each department in the business.

- Contribute to the goal-setting and development planning for employees and managers within the Group.

- Support Leaders with Performance Management counseling and corrective actions.

- Work with HODs and managers to promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Remuneration and Benefits:

- Provide remuneration and benefits intelligence and advice to Management to support employee retention in line with local best practice.

- Support managers with annual salary review details and process.

- Develop and implement suitable Reward and Recognition programs.

Learning and Development

- Work with managers to Identify training needs across the business.

- Facilitate internal training or personal development workshops as required or where appropriate.

- Implementation and quarterly monitoring of Goals and Development plans for all employees as part of the Performance Management process.

- Partner with the Management Team to identify high potential employees and ensure that appropriate succession plans are in place and supported by HR.

Other

- Develop strategic relationships across the business to assist in the development of the company's short and long term HR objectives and developing a clearly defined culture within the organisation.

- Assist in developing and implementing the HR strategy, ensuring alignment to the business strategy.

- Partnering with HOD to ensure the organisational design and structure supports the current and future business needs.

- Undertake policy development, review, and communication across the business.

- Manage data within the HRMS and conduct reporting as required.

- Undertake any other reasonable tasks consistent with training and skill levels required for this position as requested.

Education and Experience

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Organizational Change or another related discipline.

- Minimum of six (6) years proven experience in HR including in a leadership role.

- Have an in-depth knowledge of Indian labor law, cultural differences and HR best practices. International exposure is advantageous.

- Proven capacity to operate both strategically and operationally with expertise in strategic development and execution across a range of human resources and organizational activities.

- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and the construction of a supportive, collaborative work environment with the ability to lead, supervise, coach and develop employees.

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Consultative style and interacts in a positive and professional manner with all key stakeholders displaying an ability to manage multiple stakeholders concurrently.

- Exhibit a high degree of discretion and confidentiality in dealings with all parties.

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills and the ability to use HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and frameworks that support a growth business.

- Self-motivated, highly organized and independent with the ability to manage own workload.
