A little bit about the role:

ORBCOMM is a leading global provider of industrial Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication solutions that remotely track, monitor and control fixed and mobile assets. We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR practices and policies and will bring a dynamic and proactive approach to supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate is based in Hyderabad and expected to work from the office 3 days per week.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and management. Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Collaborating with HR Manager on working projects as career pathing and leveling. Assist in the development and delivery of HR-related training programs. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Participation in comp analysis with the help of comp tool like Mercer

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems. Excellent analytical skills and advanced MS Excel Abilities Advanced MS PowerPoint Skills with the ability to tell stories through visually appealing presentations Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
