The Head of Sales will oversee and execute sales strategies, manage and lead sales teams, build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities. This role involves driving sales performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.QualificationsStrong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive growth and achieve targetsProven experience in Team Management and leading high-performance sales teamsProficiency in Account Management with excellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesPossess strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and implement effective strategiesStrategic planning, business acumen, and result-oriented mindsetExperience in real estate or a related industry is an advantageBachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience : Min 10 YearsLocation : JaipurIndustry : Real-estate Only
