the job:We are looking for a Compliance Officer with strong knowledge of GIFT City (IFSC) regulations, SEZ norms, and IFSCA guidelines. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing regulatory and compliance processes.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure end-to-end compliance with IFSCA, SEZ, and GIFT City operational regulations.- Monitor regulatory changes and implement required updates.- Handle statutory filings, registers, and regulatory submissions.- Liaise with GIFT City authorities, IFSCA, auditors, and consultants.- Support internal and external audits.- Maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and documentation.- Conduct compliance risk assessments and ensure timely corrective actions.- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Legal teams for cross-functional adherence.Key Responsibilities- Ensure end-to-end compliance with IFSCA, SEZ, and GIFT City operational regulations.- Monitor regulatory changes and implement required updates.- Handle statutory filings, registers, and regulatory submissions.- Liaise with GIFT City authorities, IFSCA, auditors, and consultants.- Support internal and external audits.- Maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and documentation.- Conduct compliance risk assessments and ensure timely corrective actions.- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Legal teams for cross-functional MBA and Bachelors degree in Law, Commerce, Finance, or related field.- 2-7 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles.- Strong understanding of GIFT City / IFSC regulations is a must.- Experience in BFSI, Fintech, Fund Management, Consulting, or Global Services is a plus.- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
