What You'll Do

As our Outbound Sales lead in the founders office, your primarily mission is to help us reach key decision makers: hostel wardens, university admins, and college management through personalised, strategic cold outreach and account-based marketing (ABM).

You'll:

  • Identify, research, and build lists of high-value target accounts (colleges, universities, hostels)
  • Craft and manage hyper-personalised cold email sequences and campaigns
  • Use tools like Apollo, Instantly, Snov.io, Sales Navigator, and Clay to automate outreach without losing the human touch
  • Continuously test, track, and optimise outreach performance (open, reply, meeting rates)
  • Collaborate with the founder to refine messaging, offers, and targeting
  • Book qualified discovery/demo meetings for the sales team

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in cold outreach, SDR, B2B outbound marketing, or account-based marketing
  • Proven success running multi-step outreach campaigns (cold email + )
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills (you can write like a human, not a bot)
  • Comfortable using tools like Apollo, Instantly, Snov.io, Clay.
  • Experience targeting SMBs or niche B2B audiences (bonus if in education or SaaS)
  • Ability to research accounts deeply and personalise at scale
  • Organised, self-motivated, and outcome-driven. You're excited to go from idea to action

Bonus

  • T-Shaped marketing skills with experience in any other marketing / outreach skills (like SEO, social media growth, paid ads etc)
  • Prior experience working in the B2B education space: targeting universities, colleges, or student housing
  • Familiarity with startup environments where you've worn multiple hats and driven initiatives independently
