Job Title:Product Manager - Non-Functional and SaaS Aspects Job Description: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the non-functional and SaaS aspects of our products. Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following: Key Responsibilities: Be an expert on market and customer needs, translating them into prioritized product requirements.Guide the product development team to successfully execute the product roadmap within a fast-paced, agile product lifecycle.Communicate directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate hypotheses for new ideas.Collaborate with other product managers to understand overall company strategy, goals, and priorities.Work closely with Product Owners to groom product requirements into well-defined Epics and User Stories.Collaborate with R&D throughout the product delivery lifecycle to ensure high quality and timely deliverables.Own the roadmap and communicate the business and technical rationale behind your product decisions.Work cross-functionally to drive commitment of resources and delivery schedule for the required services.Work closely with DevOps and Infrastructure development teams.Required Experience: 3 years of product management experience in B2B tech solutions, with a strong preference for Fintech.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Broad technical understanding, including SaaS, Platform, and API architecture.Ability to work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them clearly for the rest of the company.Strong business analytical skills with the ability to assess and understand results, identify issues and solutions, and present these clearly.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate to all levels of an organization with both business and technical audiences.We are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
