Job Summary & Responsibilities :

  • Senior D365 Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
  • Strong understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of D365 Customer Engagement, with a focus on sales process automation.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand insurance sales processes and translate them into D365 configurations.
  • Configure and customize D365 for Sales, including workflows, business rules, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Lead data migration, security setup, and user access management.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team for optimal adoption of D365 CRM.
  • Collaborate with developers for any required customizations, Power Automate workflows, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements :
  • 10+ years of experience as a D365 CRM Consultant with expertise in D365 for Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance sales processes and CRM best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), JavaScript, and Plugins.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end implementation and training sessions.
