As a technical authority, you will translate complex functional requirements into robust, scalable and high-performance applications. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance between deep technical development (approx. 60%) and solution architecture/mentorship (approx. 40%). The ideal candidate has over a decade of experience, mastery of the D365 F&O technical framework and expertise in extending the platform using Azure services, Power Platform and custom AI agents via Copilot Studio.๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:ย โข Technical Architecture & Design: Lead the technical design of customizations, integrations and data migration strategies, ensuring all solutions adhere to Microsoft's extension-based, cloud-first best practices.ย โข Custom Development & AI Extensibility: Develop complex features using X++, C# and the extension framework. Create and extend AI-powered functionalities by building custom agents in Copilot Studio and integrating with Azure AI Services.ย โข System Integration: Architect and build real-time and asynchronous integrations using OData, Custom APIs, Logic Apps and Dual-write.ย โข Performance Engineering & Optimization: Proactively monitor, diagnose and resolve performance issues.
