Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE modules, as well as implementing custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules and form customizations.The consultant will also be responsible for developing and enhancing CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript and Web Resources.In addition, the consultant will build and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards and SLA/KPI configurations, and integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration and custom middleware.Furthermore, the consultant will design high-level and low-level architecture documents, data models, and integration mappings, and ensure adherence to best practices, Microsoft recommended patterns, and security & compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).Implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizations.Develop and enhance CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources.Build and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurations.Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middleware.Required Skills and QualificationsC#/.NET Framework/Core development experience.Strong understanding of Solution Architecture, solution layering, and managed vs unmanaged solutions.Hands-on experience with Dataverse schema design & security.Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) development experience.Power Automate (Cloud & BPF) development experience.Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and Azure Functions integration experience.Technical RequirementsDynamics 365 CE / CRM Delivery.Custom Entities, Plugins, Workflows, Actions, Business Rules.C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web Resources.Dataverse Schema Design & Security.Solution Architecture, Solution Layering, Managed vs Unmanaged Solutions.Professional AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong communication and stakeholder-interaction skills.Capable of working independently or as part of a distributed multi-vendor team.
