Description :Role : Senior CRM DeveloperLocation : Financial District, Gachibowli, HyderabadExperience : 5 - 8 YearsWork Mode : OnsiteRoles & Responsibilities :- Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support to construction and deployment.- Lead technical efforts for Pre-Sales engagements and contribute towards building niche solutions/POC's.- Advocate standard methodologies to develop scalable solutions in alignment with Product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations / implementations.- Contribute across all phases of CRM projects (e.g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test).- Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE.- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365.- Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse.- Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, Customer Workflows, JavaScript) and Web API.- Experienced in reporting architecture, with SSRS and knowledge of Power BI.- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, SQL Server, HTML, C#, NET, AngularJS.- Integration experience of Dynamics 365 CE with other applications.- Experience in Data migration data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and custom applications.- Technical expertise in setting up of DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools.- DevOps with Dynamics 365 CE.Skill Set :Must-Have Skills :- Plugins, Canvas Apps, Workflows, Ribbon Workbench, C#, Power Automate, JavaScript, Data Migration, Azure Security Groups, Console Applications, Custom PCF Controls, React.Good to have :- Azure (Function Apps, App Services, ADF, Data Lake).Additional Notes :- Need candidates with Immediate or up to 1-month notice period.- Performance bonuses are awarded based on individual contributions to billing projects.- We conduct two appraisals in a financial year, scheduled in April and November.Interview Process :- 1st Round (Virtual) : Basic questions related to CRM.- 2nd Round (Face-to-Face) : In-depth technical questions.
