We are looking for experienced MS Dynamics 365 Developers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will possess strong technical capabilities and a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including modules like Sales & Marketing, Social Engagement, Field Service, and Project Service Automation. You will play a key role in designing, customizing, and delivering high-performance CRM solutions tailored to complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM solutions using both standard and custom features.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, custom actions, and business process flows.
  • Customize command bars, dashboards, forms, views, and web resources.
  • Integrate third-party systems and APIs using Dynamics CRM SDK and Azure services.
  • Create scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized architectures.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust CRM solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.
  • Provide technical leadership in client meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance or integration issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

  • CRM SDK, Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, C#, .NET

  • Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, Logic Apps
  • Azure Services, Integration Patterns

  • Visual Studio, SQL Server, TFS/Azure DevOps

  • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and dashboards

  • Experience with Office 365 and Dynamics 365 administration
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365
  • Experience with , TypeScript

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week at Kokapet)
