- Lay a strong foundation in performance marketing through technical rigor and in-depth expertise.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strategize, develop, and execute campaigns that exceed expectations.
- Design campaign strategies aligned with clients’ brand goals and budgets.
- Leverage data insights from campaign performance, sales, and client funnels to optimize marketing channels.
- Align diverse contributors to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, bringing innovative best practices to inspire and elevate our work.
- Partner with senior management to drive the organization’s strategic growth and capability development.
Core Competencies:
- A strong communicator with exceptional writing and articulation skills.
- Proven expertise in PPC campaign setup, execution, optimization, and reporting (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads).
- Familiar with e-commerce paid advertising
- Skilled in crafting optimized advertising mixes, including Google Shopping and Facebook Dynamic Ads.
- Adept at creating data-driven reports and actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Proficient with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush.
- Experienced in running large-scale, cross-platform campaigns with stellar results.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with platforms like Google and Facebook to enhance agency performance.
- Understanding the synergy between SEO, paid marketing, and content marketing for achieving performance goals. (Certifications are a plus)
