JobOverview:We are looking for ahighly motivated and detailoriented Performance Marketer to joinour team. In this role you will be responsible for planningexecuting and optimising paid campaigns across social mediaplatforms. The ideal candidate will closely monitor campaignperformance ensuring key KPIs and ROI goals are achieved. Thisposition requires collaboration with the design and content teamsto develop compelling adcreatives.
Rolesand Responsibilities: Planmanage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as GoogleAds Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and others.Monitor and analyse campaign performance ensuring KPIs and ROItargets are consistently met. Utilize datato drive optimisation and perform A/B testing for ad creatives andaudience targeting. Effectively manageadvertising budgets to maximize ROAS CPA and other key performancemetrics. Develop and finetune audiencetargeting strategies for both customer acquisition andretention. Work closely with design andcontent teams to produce engaging and effective adcreatives. Conduct market research andcompetitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and improvecampaign performance. Provide detailedreports on campaign performance offering actionable insights andstrategicrecommendations.
Requirements:34 years of experience in performance marketing including handsonmanagement of Google Ads Facebook Ads and otherplatforms. Proficiency in tools like GoogleAnalytics Facebook Ads Manager and other ad managementplatforms. Strong understanding of keymarketing metrics such as CPA CTR ROAS andLTV. Excellent data analysis skills with theability to extract and present valuable campaigninsights. Experience in A/B testing andoptimising landing pages and ad creatives for betterperformance. Strong written and verbalcommunication skills for effective reporting andcollaboration. High attention to detail toensure campaigns align with brand guidelines andobjectives. Ability to stay current withdigital marketing trends and continuously adaptstrategies.
