About the Role:
We are expanding our sales team and looking to hire a Sales Manager to grow business in the Middle East. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth across the region and shape the future of an emerging technology in global supply chain and logistics.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for end-to-end sales management including revenue generation, adoption, and market penetration across customer segments and sub-verticals. This position requires high-quality selling with a deep understanding of customer environments, ensuring Newage is the preferred partner.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive revenue growth for the SaaS Product (primary accountability).
- Act as an individual contributor to achieve regional revenue targets by hunting opportunities.
- Develop and execute the sales plan for Southern India, focusing on pipeline management and logo closures.
- Ensure strong internal cadence by working with pre-sales, product management, and delivery teams to win deals.
- Accelerate customer adoption and act as the evangelist for usage across client teams.
- Act as SPOC for RFI/RFPs, ensuring product fit in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams.
- Be a growth hacker: pursue innovative strategies to win deals and deliver customer success.
Ideal Profile:
- Currently in an active hunting sales role with regional selling experience.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS/Product technology sales.
- Exposure to supply chain and logistics industries preferred.
- Consistent history of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong customer/industry references showcasing credibility.
- Ability to thrive in ambitious, fast-paced small businesses while managing operating constraints.
- Exposure to global technology platforms and multicultural team environments.
