Lead - Brand Marketing Strategy & Planning:

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats impacting the brand.

- Develop and maintain a clear brand vision, mission statement, and positioning strategy.

- Set annual brand goals and objectives aligned with overall business objectives.

- Craft a comprehensive brand strategy document outlining target audience, brand personality, messaging framework, and key brand differentiators.

- Lead the development of brand guidelines for consistent brand application across all touchpoints (physical stores, digital platforms, marketing materials, etc.).

Brand Management & Communication:

- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand story and value proposition.

- Manage and collaborate with creative agencies and in house creative team to ensure brand alignment in all marketing materials (advertising, instore communication, ATL and BTL assets etc.).

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across departments (marketing, operations, merchandising, e-commerce) to ensure brand consistency across all functions.

- Track and measure brand performance metrics (brand awareness, brand sentiment, customer satisfaction) and report on progress towards brand goals.

- Identify and implement strategies to strengthen brand equity and build brand loyalty.

Project Management & Leadership:

- Take ownership of annual marketing calendar for development, design and deployment.

- Manage multiple brand-related projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

- Lead and mentor a team of brand associates.

- Develop and maintain a strong brand budget and track expenses.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in brand management, marketing, and retail.

- Present brand strategies and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
