Working closely with nutritionists and food experts, Open Secret offers a thoughtfully curated range of local and Un-Junked brands and products which are available across various channels.About the CEO and Co-Founder:Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive high-impact strategic and operational projects.- Support decision-making by conducting research, analysis, and data-driven insights across functions like Procurement, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Category Management, and Sales.- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure project alignment and timely execution.- Track and monitor progress on key initiatives and business priorities.- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.- Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement efficient solutions.- Handle ad-hoc problem statements and special projects assigned by the leadership team.Who You Are:- Highly organized, analytical, and proactive.- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.- Strong communicator who can collaborate across teams and levels.- Quick learner with a bias for action and ownership.- Excited to understand the nuances of FMCG operations, strategy, and growth.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.- 2-3 years of experience (Startup / Consulting / Strategy Implementation / Founder's Office / Operations Sales roles preferred).- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.- Passion for the consumer goods / FMCG industry and Open Secrets mission.
