Working closely with nutritionists and food experts, Open Secret offers a thoughtfully curated range of local and Un-Junked brands and products which are available across various channels.About the CEO and Co-Founder:Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.Key Responsibilities1. Work closely with the Founder and leadership team to design and execute the procurement strategy for the Nuts category and onboard new suppliers, farmers, and processors to strengthen the sourcing network.2. Negotiate pricing, quality parameters, and supply terms to ensure cost efficiency and consistency.3. Monitor procurement performance metrics - pricing trends, supplier reliability, and quality compliance.4. Collaborate with operations, finance, and product teams for smooth supply chain flow and inventory planning.5. Research global and domestic market trends to anticipate category movements and sourcing opportunities.6. Prepare business reviews and reports for the presenting insights and recommendations.Required Experience- 1. Strong analytical and strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.2. Experience working in a Founder's Office, Strategy, or Business Operations role in a startup or FMCG environment.3.
