Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and showcasing how our solutions -align with their values and goals.

- Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.

- Provide input and insights to various departments to continuously improve business processes and create greater impact.

- Actively participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and community engagement initiatives to expand our reach and visibility.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the Degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

- 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in selling SaaS products or technology solutions

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with quantifiable achievements such as consistently achieving 120%+ of quota

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to understand complex client needs and tailor solutions accordingly

- Proficiency in CRM software (e., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales productivity tools (e. , LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a must

- Experience in the social sector or with purpose-driven organizations is a plus
