Key Responsibilities Corporate Partnerships : Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services sector, particularly in Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across India, to drive business collaborations and secure placement opportunities.
Business Development : Identify and secure B2B deals that contribute to the growth of the organization's business. Lead negotiations and close agreements with corporates to enhance EdTech service offerings.

Key Qualifications Proven track record in business development within the EdTech sector, with a focus on financial services and corporate partnerships.
Established network of relationships with corporates, especially in Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
Extensive experience in placements , including working with clients in financial services space to secure internship and job opportunities.
Experience in product development and a strong understanding of how to align educational offerings with industry needs.
Strong negotiation and communication skills .
Ability to work across geographies , with a Pan India scope.
10+ years of experience in business development or corporate relations roles, preferably within the EdTech or financial services industry.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
