LtdAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Sam Tech JD- Location: Bengaluru, Gurgaon - Work Model: Hybrid - Experience: 2 to 7 years - Notice Period: Immediate - 15 daysLead the end-to-end implementation and customization of ServiceNow SAM Pro, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements. Spearhead the configuration of ServiceNow Discovery for various publishers, including Oracle GLAS Discovery, VMware, and other infrastructure components critical for SAM.JOB DESRCRIPTIONCandidate should possess strong technical knowledge about SAM tools ServiceNow SAM Pro and Flexera, should have experience of carrying out Implementation, Configuration, and all back-end tech related operations on these tools (ServiceNow SAM Pro & Flexera).As a SAM Tech SME, you will work on Servicenow SAM Pro primarily, Flexera on case-to-case basis, following are the roles and responsibilities to manage:- Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of ServiceNow SAM Pro, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements. - Spearhead the configuration of ServiceNow Discovery for various publishers, including Oracle GLAS Discovery, VMware, and other infrastructure components critical for SAM. - Setup integrations for SCCM, Jamf, ILMT, and SAP to facilitate comprehensive SAM data collection. - Configure SaaS integrations for major publishers like Microsoft 365, Adobe, Salesforce, and others, enhancing software asset visibility and control. - Set up cloud cost management for platforms like Azure and Google, optimizing cloud spend and resource allocation. - Perform basic ServiceNow administrative tasks, including plugin enablement, update set management, and service catalog configurations. - Apply foundational knowledge of CMDB and CSDM to ensure effective configuration management. - Utilize basic software asset management expertise to handle entitlement loads, model normalization, and reconciliation processes. - Demonstrated proficiency in licensing for at least one software publisher is preferred.Qualification- Completed undergraduate/graduate degree from an accredited college/university. - Desired Skills and Experience- 2-7 years of experience in SAM Tech skillset - Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to be on calls with clients and third parties in challenging surroundings. - Experience with data analysis tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Excellent analytical, research, organizational, issue identification, prioritization, and resolution and report writing skills. - Experience of working in teams and overseeing SAM process, organization and tool assessments and experience with market leading SAM tool Flexera, ServiceNow SAM Pro.Please let me know if you are interested in this position and send me your resume to netra.s@twsol.com
