You’ll work closely with category managers, supply, and cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and seamless execution of category initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Support the Category Manager in day-to-day operations and execution of category strategies. - Manage catalog accuracy — ensuring right product listings, pricing, content, and visibility. - Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and supply teams for inventory management and replenishment. - Track and analyze key metrics like sales performance, stock levels, fulfillment rates, and margins. - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives. - Raise and resolve operational issues related to pricing, listings, or order fulfillment. - Support new product launches and assortment expansion. - Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.What You’ll Need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred). - 1–3 years of experience in category management, operations, merchandising, or e-commerce. - Strong analytical and Excel / Google Sheets skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and follow-up skills. - Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
