Job Description :


We are seeking a talented and experienced individual specialized in Laravel to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role where you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, overseeing the development and implementation of Laravel projects, providing technical guidance and expertise, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects.


As a Tech Lead Laravel, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze and resolve technical issues, and actively participate in the development and enhancement of web applications using Laravel.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.


- Oversee the development and implementation of Laravel projects, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.


- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring the stability and performance of web applications.


- Actively participate in the development and enhancement of web applications using Laravel, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


- Ensure efficient database design and optimization to support application requirements.


- Utilize version control systems, such as Git, for code management and collaboration.


- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.


- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in web development, particularly within the Laravel ecosystem.


Qualifications :


- In-depth knowledge and experience with the Laravel framework.


- Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.


- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.


- Knowledge of database design and optimization techniques.


- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
