Maintenance Head

The post of Maintenance and Mechanical Head is a full time job at the plant site in Dahej, Gujarat.


Responsibilities

  • Maintenance including preventive and breakdown of Equipments, Pumps and Utilities (chilling plant, cooling Tower, RO system and boiler)
  • Equipment Testing and Inspection (reactor, tanks, heat exchangers, boiler and other utilities/equipments)
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failure in timely manner
  • Erection and Installation of Equipments and Piping/Structure
  • Review and approve design, documents, specifications and drawings including but not limited to P&IDs, piping drawings, MTTR, MTBF and MTTF reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Has to be able to detect and repair mechanical breakdowns/faults


Qualifications

  • ITI/Diploma/Bachelor and above in Mechanical Engineering
  • 4 years experience as Mechanical/Maintenance Engineer or equivalent in the Chemical/Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Worked with Reactors, Tanks, Pumps and Utilities amongst other chemical machinery
  • Has to be well versed with various machineries and utilities in the Chemical/Pharmaceutical industry


Salary

  • We are looking for candidates with current salary upto 5 LPA (CTC)
