E Chemical or polymer Experience : 12 to 16 Years Job Description: •Ensure entire Lab operations including up keeping of lab instruments, calibrations, testing, procedures, training to the team, reliability and repeatability of the test results.

•Define & implement process improvements to improve operational efficiency, product quality, safety, and cost.

•Coordinate shift coverage while utilizing all departmental and enterprise-wide policies and standards.

•Assign tasks as needed while assessing lab analyst performance including providing guidance for development of Lab Analyst.

•Provide internal and external customers with the highest level of customer service in responsiveness while performing QC activities.

•Interface with all corporate, commercial, supply chain, customer experience, and lab / operations personnel as needed.

•Perform testing on raw material, in-process, finished good, and miscellaneous samples.

•Document all data in corresponding laboratory notebook, SAP, LIMS as business needs dictate.

•Perform required testing pertaining to customer complaints, discrepancies & laboratory investigations.

•Provide necessary information and reports to the stakeholders.

•Report results to Operations, in a timely manner.

•Review and approve laboratory results as needed.

•Troubleshoot/self-evaluate OOS (out of specification) results.

•Assist in writing SWP, SOPs, methods, protocols, and reports.

•Ensure preventive maintenance of the laboratory equipment, investing AMCs.

•Complies all statutory and regulatory requirement related to product or service.

•Experience with LIMS and SAP QM modules is must.

•Experience working in ISO9001/14001/45001 environments.

•Experience with Statistical Quality Control methodologies., internal auditing.

•Experience with root cause problem solving techniques and tools.

Preferred work experience in Resin / Polymer industries is added advantage.
