Preparing and maintaining ledger accounts2. AP, AR & Bank Reconciliation3. Purchase / Sales Invoicing4. AR/AP ageing analysis and follow up5. Computation of VAT/TDS/Service Tax Liability as per provisions, making necessary payments and complying with other requirements.6. Working Capital MIS7. P&L MIS8. Investors/shareholders MIS9. Board Meeting, Monthly Review financial reviews10. All financial compliancesKey Responsibilities - Admin & Team wellbeing1. Office supplies, proper upkeep and maintenance2. Office help and housekeeping training & management3. Employee welfare related areas4. Salary filing, bank follow-ups5. Employee support, leave records & salary statements Key requirements1. B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance)/CA/CWA with 2-5 years of relevant experience2. Should be well conversant with MS Office & Tally ERP 9. Willing to learn other Accounting packages (including cloud based software such as Quickbooks).3. Self-confidence combined with openness to learning and applying new skills and concepts4. High level of initiative, strong drive to succeed5.
